In this post, we’ll show how we take a client’s concept from a 3D-rendered design to a fully realised event setup – with each photo captured from the same angle to show the full journey.
1. Visualising the Vision: The 3D Design
Before a single cable is laid or a single light rigged, the process begins with understanding the client’s vision. We take their ideas and translate them into a high-quality 3D render that showcases the layout, stage design, screen placement and lighting effects.
It gives clients peace of mind and a real sense of what they’re getting – ensuring no surprises and aligning expectations early on. It also helps with logistics, sightlines, and technical planning for our crew.

2. Load-In Day: Gear in Place, Ready to Build
Once the design is signed off, it’s go time. Our team arrives on site, and the first stage is load-in. Flight cases, truss, and tech gear are carefully transported into the venue. It may not look glamorous at this point, but this phase is crucial – it’s the foundation for everything to come.
You can see in the photo how the space starts as a blank canvas. It’s a hive of activity as we organise and prep every element for installation, following the layout from the original design.

3. Building the Vision: Setup Underway
With the gear in place, our technicians get to work turning the design into reality. Truss structures go up, screens are flown or mounted, lighting is rigged and programmed, and sound systems are installed and tuned.
